First Off Thank You Justine my dear friend for your request to post something healthy!
I dedicate this post to you Justine and your quest to a healthy lifestyle.
I will call this recipe in "my kitchen"... "Justine's Meal Plan Salad"
This recipe I make in my kitchen but I got it off of the internet and just love it.
It is absolutely amazing and fresh.
I did add kiwis, orange wedges, and pineapple once, and I could of eaten 4 bowls!
Unfortunately I do not have my own pic of this one, so I used the original pic from the post.

The original recipe only shows ingredients not measurements.
So I have added from my recipe card from when I made this... my personal notes as to amounts.
I have also added more fruit to my version.
2 Red plumbs halved then quartered
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blue barries
1 diced kiwi
1/2 cup chunk pineapple
1/2 orange squeezed (juice)
1/2 orange pealed and wedges added (canned mandarin oranges work too)
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted shelled pistachios
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
2 teaspoons white sugar, sugar supplement or honey
Put everything in a bowel mix together to incorporate. Indulge and Enjoy!
I have calculated this is about 130 calories with my additional ingredients
