Secrets revealed for this is perfect for back yard BBQ's, tailgating, or camping burger. Everyone will want to know how you got your burgers so tender and juicy. Everyone loves a good juicy burger even if its a portabella mushroom burger. You can do this recipe with portabella mushrooms too, however this recipe here is for ground beef burgers and will blow your mind at how juicy and flavorful these are, then when you add the spread which is a delicious cream cheese, bacon, artichoke spread.

Burger Ingredients:

2 Lbs Ground Beef
1 Egg
3/4 Cups crushed "Cheese it" crackers. (crumbled)
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Chopped Jalapeno's or 1 (7 oz) Can of Chipolte in Adobo Sauce (Optional)
(for spicier burgers use habanero's, for more mild burgers use canned "ortega chilis")

Spread Ingredients:

2 (8 oz) boxes cream cheese softened
1/2 cup real bacon pieces or chopped crispy bacon
1 (14 oz) Marinated Artichoke hearts (drained)
1 Can (12 oz) pickled jalapenos
(you can reserve a few for topping your burgers)
1 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
4 Tablespoons evaporated milk

Preheat grill for high heat.

In a metal bowl or a baking dish add your softened cream cheese, bacon, pepper, garlic, & milk.

Puree your artichoke hearts and jalapenos and fold them into your spread.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes in a metal bowl / baking dish or put it on your grill in a metal bowl for 30 minutes.

In another large bowl mix all of your burger ingredients using your hands until thoroughly mixed.

I use a wide mouth mason jar lid and line it with plastic wrap and stuff the burger with filling inside and press for the perfect bun sized burgers. Flip it over pull the plastic wrap and they pop right out. I then place them on a plate take them to the grill and place them in indirect heat, not directly over the flames.

Grill 4-5 minutes each side, or to your desired taste.

If you are going to add additional cheese top your burgers roughly 1 minute before you remove them from the grill.

**NOTE ** Use what ever toppings you want. Some like the spread directly on top of the burger and cheese, others like it spread over their bun. You make it your way.

Serve and enjoy!
