Chrissy's Easy Pasta Salad Recipe

Just in time for Summer fun! This Pasta Salad is amazing and extremely easy to make. With just a few ingredients you will have a knock out dish for any summertime get together!

Ingredients:

1 pinch of salt or Olive Oil (for pasta water)
1/2 cup of your Favorite Italian Dressing
1/4 Teaspoon Dill (Dried or Fresh)
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Salad Seasoning (Example pic below)
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese ( Ramono Optional)
1 Small Can Sliced Black Olives
12 Oz Jar Marinated Artichoke Hearts (Strained & Chopped)
1 1/2 cups chopped Salami (I buy it in the deli section already chopped)
1 lbs. bag of shredded Three Cheese Blend

2 12 oz bags of Curly Veggie Pasta (Tricolor Rotini)

Directions:

Best of all Rotini Pasta is simple to prepare. Bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt and/or olive oil to taste. Bring water to a boil in a stock pan. Once the water starts to boil add the pasta and stir gently. Bring the water back up to a boil, and cook the noodles 10 minutes. Until it reaches an al dente texture. Do not over cook the pasta or when you add all your other ingredients it will fall apart.

Strain & rinse your pasta in cold or warm water to stop the cooking process.

Put the cooked pasta to a large mixing or serving bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and gently toss with a large serving spoon. Then let rest in the refrigerator. The longer it rests the more flavor the pasta will absorb, but you can serve immediately!

Look in the spice section of your local Grocery store for any kind of salad seasoning... Here is one I recommend.

Serve and enjoy!
