Chrissy's Bacon Ranch Egg Salad

I love egg salad, so I make it pretty often. My favorite way to eat it is this recipe! 


7 XL or Large Eggs hard boiled
4 slices cooked and chopped bacon (optional) 
1/8 cup chopped onion (optional scallions) 
1/4 cup Best Foods mayo
1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon season salt

Optional Additions

1/8 cup Chopped Dill Pickle or Relish
2 chopped sticks of celery 
1 tablespoon horse radish
Use a pita pocket, tortilla, or lettuce wrap for a no bread solution 
Sprinkle of paprika 


Start by hard boiling your eggs, bu placing them in a pan of water and bring to a hard boil, cook for 10-12 minutes remove from heat and put in an ice bath to stop the cooking. Cool, peal, and chop. 

Place chopped eggs in a mixing bowl and mix in remaining ingredients combining with a large spoon. 

Spoon your egg salad onto your chosen vessel of  consumption, bread, tortilla wraps, toast, hoagie, crackers, lettuce etc. 

I always find adding a slice of tomato and either spinach or lettuce give it more of an earthy flavor.
