Chrissy's EASY Full Meal Casserole Made In Your Rice Cooker

We all have days we don't feel like cooking or dishes and a huge mess but we have to eat, so this is a super fail proof recipe you can make, push a button and walk away to come back to an amazing casserole style meal all in minutes. It is healthier than fast food and just as easy. 


2 cups uncooked rice
4 Tablespoons olive oil
1 28 oz can Hormel chili with out beans
1 28 oz can of cut green beans
1 28 oz can corn (optional)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon white or black pepper
1 28 oz can of beef stock
1/2 cup water
1 cup shredded cheese 


In rice cooker add uncooked rice, parsley, onion powder, cumin, thyme, pepper and garlic. Stir in olive oil until rice is coated with olive oil. Add the can of no bean chili, green beans, & corn. Stir and incorporate, slowly adding in your beef stock and water.

Push the cook button or set for white rice depending on the style rice cooker you have. 

When the rice cooker lets you know it is done add the cheese and mix into with a large spoon. 

Serve, and garnish with more shredded cheese and/or Sour Cream! Yep It is that easy!

How simple is that to just set it and go do things you need to do? Dinner will be done in a few minutes and you aren't standing over a stove!
