4 Minute Easy Microwave Fudge, Creamy and Delicious!

This fudge is super easy and almost makes you wonder why we make the slave over the stove fudge recipes that don't always get hard or taste right. I have never made this recipe and had it not turn out right. It is simply amazing, creamy and no one ever believes me when I tell them i made it in less than 4 minutes in my microwave! I normally get this look like OK, don't tell me your recipe but don't lie to me about it. Then when I sit there stone faced serious they can't believe it, so I show them. That is the fun part.

Another trick to do with this recipe that is super cute too if you take a mini marshmallow and stuff it into the tip of a plastic kitchen funnel. Spray lightly with non stick cooking spray, then place it in a cup or glass and pour your fudge into it. You can make your own little paper tags saying anything you choose and then wrap it in aluminum foil for your own large personal handmade Hershey's kiss!

1 stick of butter (room temperature do not pre melt)
1 lb. or 4 cups of powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups mini marshmallows (if you want the rocky road style fudge.)
3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Start by spraying a 8 x 11 or 8 x 8 pan with non stick cooking spray. Since you will not have time after.

Next in a microwave safe bowl, combine butter, powdered sugar,, cocoa, salt and milk. Cook for 1 minutes on high.  Next take it out of the microwave and stir quickly incorporating ingredients. Place back in the microwave, and cook 1 minute, take it out and stir again. Add vanilla and cook 1 more minute. Take out again stir and add marshmallows and/or nuts if desired now.

Pour mixture into a greased pan and spread it evenly. You can place the pan in the fridge to set quicker, but setting it on the counter works just fine.

Once set, cut into cubes and can be frozen or stored for up to 2 months in an airtight container in the fridge. Don't forget if you double the recipe double the cook time!

This recipe is literately so creamy and delicious it is almost sinful how easy it is.
